Jenny Saxholm

What were you doing before you joined Nepa and what led you to Nepa?
Before joining Nepa, I spent my first 10 years as a management consultant, helping brands in different industries with big transformation projects. After working with ICA as a consultant for a few years, I decided to join them and became part of the Business Development department, focusing on new concepts for ICA Maxi, Supermarket, and Nära. During that time, we often needed market research to test and develop ideas, which is when I first met Nepa. I was really inspired by the team’s energy, their professionalism, and the insights they brought forward. That’s what sparked my interest and eventually led me to join Nepa seven years ago.
What roles/titles and responsibilities have you held during your time at Nepa?
Over the years at Nepa, I’ve had several different roles, but they’ve all had one thing in common: a strong focus on working directly with clients. I’ve also had leadership responsibilities throughout my time here, and today I’m VP of Customer Success, where I get to combine both—supporting clients and leading an amazing team.
How long have you been working at Nepa?
I’ve been at Nepa for a bit over 7 years now.
What do you think has contributed to your career growth and success at Nepa?
I think what’s helped me grow at Nepa is that I really love what we do, the journey we are on and the close collaboration we have with our clients. The partnerships we build feel meaningful and inspiring, and I get a lot of energy from working with colleagues who are so talented and supportive. Most of all, I genuinely enjoy being here—and I hope that passion shows in the work I do every day.
