Talent Acquisition Specialist – Support functionsI’m the one making sure we find and keep the right people. I’m responsible for both recruitment and employer branding, which means I not only lead the hiring process from start to finish, but also work on how we show up as an employer – inside and out. I partner closely with managers to understand what they really need, and make sure candidates have a great experience along the way. My role also includes a mix of HR tasks, so I get to be involved in everything from developing processes to supporting our people in their everyday work.
