Part-Time Project Manager

Nepa is looking for a structured, collaborative, and curious student who wants to work extra alongside their studies. As a Part-Time Project Manager, you will support and coordinate market research projects—primarily campaign evaluations—together with our internal teams.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics and project management while learning how insights drive real business decisions. The role is hourly-based, approximately 10-15 hours per week, hybrid arrangement.
Your role as our Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate projects across different internal departments at Nepa, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Coordinating with internal teams such as Sampling, Scripting, Analysis, and Delivery
-Managing timelines, follow-ups, and communication flows
-Supporting the setup, execution, and reporting of campaign evaluation studies
-Ensuring high-quality deliveries across all project stages
-Handling client conversations, follow-ups, and ongoing collaboration
This role plays a central part in helping our clients understand how their campaigns perform—and in ensuring that insights are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with excellent communication.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who is:
-Structured, organised, and attentive to detail.
-Interested in market research, marketing analytics, and data-driven insights.
-Comfortable handling client communication.
-Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
-Curious and eager to learn new tools and processes.
-Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Studying for a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience in project coordination, research, analytics, marketing, or similar fields is a plus, but not required.
