Your role as our Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive at Nepa, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, leading sales initiatives, and expanding our presence in the Nordic market. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven sales leader with expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, media intelligence, SaaS-driven sales strategies, and team leadership. A key requirement for this role is proven experience in a global sales organization, preparing and executing a company’s expansion into a worldwide arena. You have successfully led growth initiatives, developed go-to-market strategies, and navigated the complexities of scaling a business. Your ability to drive sales strategies, identify high-value opportunities, and establish Nepa as a key player internationally will be critical to your success in this role. Bringing your experience in managing sales teams, driving client acquisition, and handling strategic accounts, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing high-value clients. You will leverage your strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills to create new opportunities and optimize the sales pipeline. Your key responsibilities will include:
- New Business Development & Client Acquisition – Identify, engage, and convert potential clients within Enterprise and SMB segments using data-driven prospecting and SaaS-driven sales strategies.
- Strategic Account Management – Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a consultative approach to brand and marketing optimization.
- Sales Leadership & Coaching – Lead targeted lead generation efforts, coaching sales professionals, and optimizing sales methodologies to improve deal conversions.
- Negotiation & Sales Strategy – Conduct strategic sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships. Full knowledge of MEEDPICC.
- CRM & Pipeline Optimization – Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to enhance pipeline management, ensuring a structured approach to lead generation and deal closure.
- Collaboration & Business Development – Work closely with internal teams (marketing, account management, insights, and product development) to ensure seamless implementation of client solutions and ongoing success.
- Market Expertise & Thought Leadership – Stay at the forefront of B2B and B2C including B2B2BC sales, media intelligence, and digital transformation to guide prospects toward optimal marketing investment strategies.
Your profile
You are commercially driven, strategic, and relationship oriented. You know how to turn complex client needs into scalable solutions, and you’ve consistently delivered results in high-performing sales organizations. Your experience spans both structured enterprise sales and growth environments, and you are confident navigating senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations. You’re not just focused on hitting targets, you know how to create long-term client value and drive sustainable revenue growth.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- With strong background in sales and leadership/stakeholder management experience, you bring deep expertise in client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth strategies. You have a proven track record of identifying and engaging high-value prospects, developing long-term client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth. Your ability to analyze market trends, optimize sales pipelines, and implement data-driven sales strategies ensures both new business success and strong account retention
- Data-driven sales approach, with the ability to leverage CRM insights, market intelligence, and performance analytics to optimize lead conversion. This includes utilizing predictive modeling, sales funnel analysis, and customer segmentation to drive targeted outreach and maximize revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to present and sell complex solutions. Utilizes active listening, rapport-building, and strategic techniques like anchoring and framing to drive successful, win-win outcomes
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and face-to-face networking at industry events.
- Passion for marketing performance measurements
- Fluency in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus).
