Role Description
We are currently seeking a creative Project Manager for our Ad-Hoc & Campaigns team for our Mumbai office. With a focus on delivery excellence and client needs, the Project Manager leads projects through to successful completion. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that is involved in cutting edge market research services. The successful candidate will exude high energy, agility, critical thinking and a multidisciplinary skillset. She or he must have an entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to meet or exceed operating metrics and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

Reporting to - Team Lead, Ad-Hoc & Campaigns (AH&C) Team
Operating responsibilities
- End to end ownership of AH&C projects from planning and inception up to gathering feedback.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with the client/ client delivery teams to update the overall project status.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet operating parameters and take corrective action in case of deviation.
- Ensure that all timelines are met during the project life cycle.
- Actively identify/ track issues & risks, ensuring mitigation
- Manage staffing both internally and third party contractors and outsourced/insourced teams.
- Effectively lead a team of analysts and senior analysts.
Strategic responsibilities
- Be the primary POC for global offices on ad-hoc & campaign projects
- Support team lead and head of AH&C in overall planning and staffing requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement on operating metrics in the AH&C team by leveraging technology and/or process improvements.
- Manage and improve team morale and growth path for team members.
- Maintain appropriate project reporting and represent team in operations reviews.

- Exceptional communication skills and strong command of spoken and written English
- Experience and ability to work in a global environment spanning different countries and cultures.
- Advanced MS office skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members, fostering skills and knowledge development.
- Commitment to ethical behavior and best business practices
- Experience in Market Research with understanding of sampling methodologies, and MR solutions such as Campaign Evaluation, UX Research will be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement techniques will be a significant advantage/
- Working knowledge of SPSS, Tableau or equivalent will be preferred.
Experience and Education
- · Bachelor’s Degree in statistics/mathematics/engineering/computer applications. Post-graduation in marketing or MBA would be an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management in a service industry
