Your role as our Senior Analyst / Senior Survey Programmer 

As a Senior Analyst / Senior Survey Programmer at Nepa, you will be responsible for programming online surveys with appropriate market research tools along with managing the entire project which also includes developing customized solutions using different web technologies. Your key responsibility areas would be as follows:

- Programming of surveys using online market research tools (ConfirmIT).

- Support your reporting manager with key insights while identifying the scope for innovation and improvements. 

- Designing optimal survey layouts and developing customized solutions using web technologies (HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).

- Online data collection, quota management, and assisting for data processing/data checking.

- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to agree on deliverable's and timelines.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, sampling and other research analysts. 

Your profile as our Senior Analyst / Senior Survey Programmer

We are looking for a team player who is creative, a self-starter, and must have the ability to work independently. You should have excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines. You should have demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. The detailed information on skill sets and personal competencies is listed below: 

- Knowledge of ConfirmIT or other survey scripting tools.   

- Intermediate SQL querying knowledge.

- Very good knowledge of survey design and data validation techniques.  

- Ability to collaborate with different global stakeholders such as project managers and analysts.

- Fair understanding of responsive design, web standards.

- Willing to learn and work with new software and tools.  

A few more things

- You have a graduate degree, engineering, or relevant field.

- You have 4 to 5+ years of scripting experience in Market Research Industry as a Senior Analyst / Senior Survey Programmer using applications/tools like ConfirmIT, Sawtooth, Decipher. ( Experience on ConfirmIT is preferred )

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
