Your Responsibilities:
As our Business Developer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively approaching and creating new business opportunities within the assigned target account in the Nordic countries
- Actively approaching and creating new business opportunities on new markets in Europe.
- Strategizing, planning, and executing business development initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term customer retention.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new customers and selling complex solutions B2B.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
