Meet our Head of Adhoc & Campaign- Global operations
What were you doing before you joined Nepa?
Before joining Nepa, I spent nearly two years at Nielsen as a Research Analyst.
What roles or titles have you held during your time at Nepa?
I started my journey at Nepa as a Project Manager in the then PMO team in GRL. Later, I was aligned to the UK team and simultaneously took on the role of Senior Project Manager. In mid-2022, I stepped into my current role as Head of Adhoc & Campaigns in GRL.
How long have you been working at Nepa?
It’s been a little over 7 years, and the journey has been both rewarding and full of learning.
What do you think has contributed to your career growth and success at Nepa?
I’d say three key things have really shaped my journey at Nepa. First, the independence I’ve had in my role has been incredibly empowering. Being trusted to take ownership of my work has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Second, the people, Who’ve truly been a guiding light throughout my journey. Whether it was my manager, team, or peers, I’ve always felt supported at Nepa.

Annika Lamborn
Meet our Head of HR- Support functions
What were you doing before you joined Nepa?
I worked as a recruitment consultant at a company called Academic Search.
What roles or titles have you held during your time at Nepa?
I joined Nepa in 2009, when we were around 10 employees. Since then I have held following titels:
Project Manager, focusing on online panels and market expansion.
Team Leader (with personnel responsibility).
Account Manager, For major Danish clients - bridging Swedish and Danish communication.
Recruitment Support (across all departments)
HR Department / Head of HR,
Since 2015 and now leads it as Head of HR.
How long have you been working at Nepa?
Since 2009.
What do you think has contributed to your career growth and success at Nepa?
The opportunity to try different roles but more importantly, the chance to help shape how we used to solve a client’s problem, to now being involved in defining what leadership at Nepa should emphasize. Most of all, it’s thanks to my colleagues and the managers I’ve had the privilege of working closely with.

Sofia Ånäs
Meet our Senior Data Scientist- Product
What were you doing before you joined Nepa?
I studied engineering in Uppsala, moved back from Berlin during the summer where I did my master thesis, started at Nepa during the same fall.
What roles or titles have you held during your time at Nepa?
I've had some different roles but they've all been connected or held simultaneously; Data Scientist, Technical Project Manager, acting Product Manager, Manager and Team Lead. I've worked in some different teams and departments, mostly within Brand tracking but later also with MMM. I've been a Manager and Team Lead within Tech and Data Science for the past three years.
How long have you been working at Nepa?
Eight years
What do you think has contributed to your career growth and success at Nepa?
I think one thing that helps you grow a lot at Nepa is how you're given a lot of responsibility over your work, and to contribute to your team's success, from day one. The other thing is all the kind, smart and ambitious colleagues that surround you, open to help and solve problems together.

Ashwini Visave
Meet our Data Scientist- Product
What were you doing before you joined Nepa?
I was working as Associate Data Scientist in Mumbai.
What roles or titles have you held during your time at Nepa?
I joined Nepa as Technical Analyst and progressed to Senior Analyst in Mumbai where I worked for about 4.5 years and later I moved to head office at Stockholm to work as Data Scientist.
How long have you been working at Nepa?
I have been working at Nepa a little over 8 years in total.
What do you think has contributed to your career growth and success at Nepa?
Opportunity to experiment with new skills and use them in my work which lead to automate different processes involved in my work and also helped others at the company. I also got a chance to work with global teams, evolve myself in the domain where I also learnt containerization of applications and could also use it on data models that Nepa has. I also learnt unit testing, test-driven development (TDD) which helped me and Nepa's products more efficient

Meet Our Senior Product Lead – Product
What were you doing before you joined Nepa?
Framing paintings.
Can you walk us through your journey at Nepa?
I started as a Receptionist, then moved into an Analyst role, followed by working in R&D, and eventually became a Manager.
How long have you been with Nepa?
14 years.
What has contributed to your career growth and success at Nepa?
A genuine thirst for knowledge, a willingness to try, and care for those around me — both from my side and from Nepa's.
