In 2017, I was working in UK with another company and wanted to return to India. Not being physical present in India was a big challenge to even get an interview call from Indian companies. Then one day I approached a past colleague who was working at Nepa. That was the first time I got a taste of Nepa being so ‘Open’. Nepa could have easily found someone already in India, but they were open to take my interviews over Skype calls and selected me without even physically meeting me once.

Openness of Nepa is also reflected in how my managers encourages me to always try new things, take on new challenges, keep sharing ideas/knowledge, keep on improving my skill sets and in turn also help improving the process internally with the aim for being more and more efficient in our daily work. 

Other best thing about Nepa is the people we would around with. Terrific collaboration across the teams globally with high level of professionalism.
