In 2017, I was contacted by Nepa on LinkedIn for a non-committal conversation. The interview process was professional and I was able to get a good sense of what the working environment would be like. After joining, I received responsibility and trust quite quickly. 

Working in a growth company can be challenging, but it also fosters a great learning environment where you are able take part in developing the company and its clients. The people are the absolute best part of Nepa! Everyone is so passionate about what they do and are committed to working together as a team to deliver the best possible products to our clients. 

My days are quite varied depending on what projects and clients I am working with. They can be filled with client meetings, new and innovative projects, internal and external courses and meetings with colleagues from all over the world.
