At Nepa, I’m part of Product Operations—the “spider in the net” team at the center of all things brand tracking. I manage our brand trackers from the initial setup right through to delivery, making sure every step runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. I work closely with the tech and client teams to sort out any issues that pop up, and always look for ways to keep things efficient and reliable.
