As head of Tech I am responsible for making sure the teams have what they need to do the work they are tasked with and also that they are ready for future endeavors. Together with the engineering managers I make sure that every individual in the Tech department is happy and growing, and together with the CTO I help drive our technical strategy at Nepa.
