Senior Analyst QA – Global Tracking Team - India

Your role as our Senior Analyst QA

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Data processing, Data validation, analysis and report generation

- Adherence to project timelines and ensure high quality output.

- Supporting functional team lead in internal administration and project work

- Leading internal development projects and process improvement initiatives

- Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.

- Make sure the captured data meets the conditions by writing SPSS
syntax for data validation. 

- Ability to train and mentor analyst and contribute to skills and knowledge development

Core/personal Competencies Skillsets

- Basic knowledge of SQL

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point.

- Good Knowledge of SPSS with Validation syntax/script writing.

- Knowledge of Office reports would be an advantage.

- Knowledge of automation/process improvement would be an advantage.

- Basic management skills

Personal Competencies

- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills

- Good command of oral and written English

- Strong team player with a potential to lead projects in the future

- Ensure ethical behavior and business practices.

- Proactive approach to problem solving.

- Strong ability to work independently

Experience and Education

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Statistics / mathematics / engineering / computer applications. Post-graduation in marketing would be an advantage.

- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in market research as an Analyst / Senior Analyst would be preferred.

- Good understanding and knowledge of quality assurance practice.
