Your role as our Client Development Manager
Nepa is looking for a Client Development Manager, who will serve as a liaison between Nepa and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. You will join our office in Mumbai and report into our Research Director. We are looking for a powerful synergy between solid leadership, a passionate drive to develop yourself and your team colleagues, and a structured mind that can thrive in a rapid and constantly growing environment. You should have 3-5 years of experience in a Market Research firm, preferably online / digital. Qualitative research experience and/or knowledge can be an added advantage. To succeed in this role, it’s important to have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Your profile as our Client Development Manager
You will be responsible for servicing our existing clients and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business. This may include sales/solutions calls, networking/marketing activities, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings. You should be able to develop innovative solutions to address client’s business problems. You should develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities within active and inactive accounts. You will work in a team of 2-3 members to deliver high quality output.
