Your role as our Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will be part of several client accounts and work together with a team of colleagues from all Nepas areas of expertise; IT, Consulting and Research. You will, together with your client teams, use and develop your business understanding and analytical thinking to deliver sharp insights that make a real impact on our clients’ business. Your main focus will be to develop client relationships and sales as well as to manage client projects while making sure that our offer and final delivery is aligned with our clients’ stated business challenges. Handling requests and offers towards both current and potential clients, coordinating project resources, managing client deliveries, presenting results for clients and handling result follow ups will also be important parts of your work.
Your profile as our Account Manager
We are looking for a team player who is solution oriented, positive and highly driven. You thrive in a fast paced environment and take pride delivering within deadline at high quality. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience from B2B consultancy and sales e.g. from a media agency, consulting firm, market research company and/or an insight department. You have handled insight and research deliveries, or other client specific projects that have required an analytical mindset. To succeed in this role you have significant client management experience and a proven track record of growing and developing client accounts. You will be expected to define and solve problems that you haven’t encountered before and implement solutions in a client context on a daily basis. Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, is an advantage.
