As a Business controller you will be a part of the Finance team consisting of five people. Together with the rest of the finance team you will continuously work on improving and streamline processes and educate the organization in order to be compliant to internal policies as well as external regulations and legislation. Your role as our Business Controller
Your main focus will be to drive the implementation of the group’s business system and performance monitoring. This means, among other things, to create reports for business monitoring and KPI’s in cooperation with our product and industry owners. You will ensure that the input data results in qualitative output data, build a proactive business monitoring tool, create and develop a working process for the internal business monitoring, education of the users etc. Simultaneously you will be part of the team ensuring that our external and internal financial reporting is due in time for our financial deadlines. Your responsibilities will include, among others, to be a support to our bookkeeping firm to which we have outsourced parts of our bookkeeping. You will have a supporting function to our project managers, supporting them in their financially related queries, and to the Managing Directors in Nepa’s foreign subsidiaries. You will be a part of the month, quarter and year-end closings as well as the external reporting.
Your profile as our Business Controller
We are looking for someone with a degree within economics and at least three years of relevant experience from an auditing firm or similar experience. To excel in the role as business controller at Nepa you should have a strong interest in systems and good process skills. You should work proactively and like to share your knowledge with your colleagues. You should always aim for improving current processes and to make them more efficient and you are not afraid to work hard to achieve our common goals. - Experience from Salesforce is an advantage, but not necessary.
