Your role as our Sales Leader
The role includes sales, sales development, account management as well as coaching and mentoring of others as the Manhattan office continues to grow. Your primary focus is identifying opportunities and creating new business based on Nepa solutions for Retail & CPG. You bring a solid understanding of decision making and “way of working” in Retail and CPG, particularly within functions implementing customer experience measurements, brand equity monitors/tracking, and customer communities/panels. You will be responsible for building a sales pipeline and generating revenue, primarily through leveraging your network and established relationships into Retail & CPG accounts.
Your profile as our Sales Leader
You have experience in managing and selling research and analytics services to solve business problems. You are comfortable with selling conceptual solutions to the Retail and CPG verticals, being visionary and delivering a consistent story to inspire beyond a customer’s status quo. For this role we need a strong doer with a great network who is a a natural mentor to others and lead by example. Your passion gives energy to those around you. You have extensive and proven experience of sales and/or account management, either at a full-service research company, a management consultant, a research technology company or a corresponding client-side experience.
