Business Development Representative

Your role as our Business Development Representative 

As a Business Development Representative at Nepa you will be responsible for key aspects of the sales cycle, including identifying and qualifying opportunities with inbound leads as well as prospecting for new opportunities. You will work closely and collaboratively with assigned Account Managers to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans. You will also work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of continued conversations. This is a new role at Nepa. That means that you will be involved in recommendations on the lead qualification and sales process. 

Your daily work will involve:

- Prospecting for qualified leads (phone calls, emails, leveraging social media and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) 

- Schedule online solutions demonstrations for an assigned Account Manager

- Conduct needs assessments calls with qualified prospects

- Build pipeline while also keeping momentum on leads and opportunities

Your profile as our Business Development Representative 

Your experience in pipeline management, lead qualification and demand generation activities are essential to succeed in this role. You will collaborate with many different stakeholders, that requires that you are a team-player with ability to inspire confidence. You are a self-starter with a doer mentality and a desire to exceed prospecting, lead qualification and sales goals. You have strong organizational and time management skills combined with tons of energy, passion, motivation and drive

A few more things

- You have 3-5 years of experience in prospecting, lead qualification and pipeline. 

- You have excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English (Finnish or other Nordic languages is a plus).

- You live by the motto “if it isn’t in Salesforce, it doesn’t exist”.
