Qualitative Analyst

Nepa is looking for a Qualitative Analyst with a great passion for research and behavioral science, that wants to join a talented team working with qualitative methods of Consumer Science. Do you want to be a part of our fantastic journey?

Your role as our Qualitative Analyst

As a Qualitative Analyst you will take part in various client projects, both national and international based. You will work with a broad range of traditional and online qualitative methods such as, focus groups, in-depth interviews and communities. In your role you will support both the qualitative team and our other teams with your qualitative knowledge and expertise. You will also contribute to develop our methods and solutions within qualitative research.

At Nepa, you will develop your business understanding and analytical thinking, by working closely with brilliant colleagues from all Nepa’s areas of expertise and by delivering sharp insights that makes a real impact in our client’s businesses.

Your profile as our Qualitative Analyst

To succeed in the role, you are solution oriented and focused with a positive mindset. You take pride in deliver high level of services. You are not afraid to work hard to achieve goals while being humble, unpretentious and team-oriented. We believe that you have a genuine passion for analysis and turning insights into business actions. 

You might have recently finished your studies or worked a couple of years, but the experience is not the most important for us. It is your positive attitude and eager to develop and learn research and our methods.

A few more things

- You have a degree within behavioral science, sociology, business or equivalent.

- Ideally, you have 1+ years’ working experience within market research, consumer insights or similar.

- You have excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English.
