Business Development Representative, Sweden

Your role as a Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Nepa you will be responsible for key aspects of the sales cycle, including identifying and qualifying opportunities with inbound leads as well as prospecting for new opportunities. This is a new role at Nepa. That means that you will be involved in framing the role as well as make recommendations on how we can improve our lead qualification and sales process. 

Your profile as a Business Development Representative

To succeed in this role, you are a self-starter with a doer mentality and a desire to exceed prospecting, lead qualification and sales goals. Previous experience in pipeline management, lead qualification and demand generation activities is essential.

You will collaborate with many different stakeholders, that requires that you are a team-player with ability to inspire confidence. To thrive in this role, we think that you can show commitment, motivation and drive. 


A few more things 

- You have the ability to post and update opportunities in Salesforce.

- You have excellent communication skills in English as well as Swedish.
