IT-Support Technician, Sweden

Your role as our IT-Support Technician

As an IT-support technician, you will join Nepa’s OpSIT (Operations Security and IT) team, working closely with experienced IT technicians. In this role, you will primary work with 1:st line daily support to our users. Your focus is to handle the support flow and interact with our users and 2:nd line support technicians. You will work on a global basis, where you will be the main point of contact for IT-Support at Nepa. You will also, from time to time, work with more strategical IT projects, together with more senior colleagues.

You have good communication skills and you are motivated to join a dynamic, fast-moving and multicultural work environment. We believe that if you genuinely care about your work and are interested in what you do, magic will happen. The position requires you to have good communication skills, primarily in English.

- You have relevant educational background within IT and/or a couple years’ experience working with IT support or similar.

- You have a genuine interest in IT.

- You have experience working with a Windows based IT environment and technologies as  Windows 10, Windows Server, Windows AD and Office 365.
