Pilot Exchange Program (internal applicants only)- Project Manager, Norway

You now have the opportunity to participate in Nepa's Pilot Exchange Program which will go to no other place than the land of the midnight sun, Norway. This first Exchange Program will be limited to Swedish office employees. This opportunity involves a great mix of handling Norwegian client projects as well as continuing with a few of your current client projects. You will be a Culture Ambassador between the offices by sharing knowledge and building bridges between the organisations. Please apply as soon as possible as the exchange period will start end of March-beginning of April!


What will you do? 

As a Project Manager at the Norwegian office you will have day to day contact with clients and handle various client projects throughout your exchange period. In some cases you might even have an a-z responsibility for client & project – from proposal to delivery. This entails: 

- Handling requests, pricing and offers (both current and potential clients)
- Setting up new client accounts & coordinating client deliveries - both locally and across our Nepa organization
- Presenting results for clients, handling result discussions & follow ups.

You will be a critical part of the Norwegian office while you’re there and your main focus will be to help us deliver any and all client projects according to Nepa standard and quality – ensuring an efficient production process. 

Who are you? 

As we’re few (but dedicated) people at the Norwegian office it’s important that you know most things at Nepa. We depend on you being able to work independently and contribute from day one – both socially and business wise. This doesn’t mean that we expect you to know the details about our local clients and deliveries, but it does entail you knowing Nepa's products, our standard production processes and our most used tools. That’s why you should be able to tick the following boxes if you are interested:

- You have worked at Nepa for -+1 years and are based at the Swedish office
- You have project management experience from Nepa (MO & brand tracking experience is great)
- You are used to client contact, and maybe you also have client responsibility at Nepa. 
- You are structured, self-going and work hard to meet set deadlines and achieve our company goals
- You are positive, energetic and full of drive
- You are proficient in one of the Scandinavian languages

It’s a welcomed bonus for us if you also tick the following boxes; 

- You’ve got experience working with SPSS, ConfirmIT and/or other of the research tools we use.
- You’ve got sales experience (MO & brand tracking sales experience is great).  

You’ll be joining a small Norwegian team full of positive energy and a dedication to grow Nepa in Norway. We promise to take good care of you while you’re here for the exchange period. However – we can’t promise that you won’t have to taste traditional Norwegian food, listen to popular Norwegian music or participate in our traditional parade on 17th of May. If you can accept that risk and like to have fun while working, we’re more than happy to greet you with open arms at Oslo airport while waving your Swedish (or native) flag!   

Practical info
Accommodation - Nepa will cover a cost of up to 8000 NOK/month for rent expenses, all other costs incurred will be at the employee's expense
Travel - Nepa will cover one trip, Oslo - Stockholm, during the exchange period
Length of exchange period - approx. 3 months
