Key Account Manager, Norway

Your role as our Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Nepa you will be responsible for the day to day contact with some of our biggest clients, as well as take part in various other client projects - both national and international. You will have full project responsibility and manage all client dialogue through the entire project lifecycle - which might include: 

- Develop cross -and up sell proposals based on client insight needs - as well as assisting in new business sales from time to time.
- Setting up new insight projects in collaboration with clients and our internal production resources.
- Secure progress in client projects/deliveries through coordinating multiple internal resources across our global organization.
- Handle ongoing project-related requests and act as an advisor toward customers
- Presentation of results to clients, often together with a dedicated analyst 
- Post delivery follow up

Your main focus will be to make sure that our offer and final delivery is aligned with our clients’ stated business challenges. You will collaborate on a daily basis with Nordic and international colleagues.

Your profile as our Key Account Manager

We believe that you are a person who enjoy managing the operative details in a project, but you also have an analytical mindset with the ability to connect the dots and see the big picture relating to our clients business challenges. You have an extraordinary ability to build long lasting relationships and thrive in the interface towards customers - whether it be to discuss business challenges or present a completed report. Ideally you have sales experience as well as experience from the market research and/or retail industry. As a person you are self-driven, outgoing and have a positive attitude. You are well organized and take great responsibility for your work. To succeed in this role we also believe that you are generally humble and take great pride in delivering a high level of service. 

A few more things         

- You have a B.Sc. or higher in marketing, strategy, economics or similar but relevant work experience can compensate the lack of formal education.

- Excellent Project Management skills and ideal 2-5 years’ experience from client orientated insight work or other consulting work.

- Good knowledge in MS office tools (especially excel) and preferably knowledge within SPSS.

- You are fluent in Norwegian and English – both written and spoken.
