Your role as our Manager - Client Partnership
As a Manager with Nepa India’s Client Servicing and Sales team your role will involve servicing and nurturing some of our key client partnerships, overlooking project management with the team internally and a strict look at quality control across deliveries to the end client. You will be responsible for handling and growing client accounts, guiding team (analysts/ ops executives) through entire project life cycle in primary market research space.
In this role, you will need to interact with our existing client partners across media and digital and consumertech ecosystem, support your manager with identifying new business development opportunities, be active part of the sales pitches and own the the client partnership through Nepa's research deliverables.
You will be working closely together with our business leads and project management team answering clients’ business questions at the highest standards as well as contributing to the development of Nepa’s products and solutions.
Your profile as our Manager - Client Partnership
We are looking for an individual who is organized, finds delight in the detail, self-motivated and more importantly fluid – someone who’s willing to unlearn and learn with changing ecoystems. You need to have an experience of at least 3-4 years of client servicing and handling strategic research studies. Previous experience servicing media digital and consumer tech clients is a plus.
A regular day for you would involve you being on top of things for the on-going projects for accounts that you are responsible for, including all client interactions. This will need you to collaborate and closely work with team of analysts to ensure that the project is executed as per the plan by helping/guiding them, and deliverable is of high quality. Your day will be divided into client servicing, BD, Project insighting and project management. Client servicing includes handling day-to-day queries, being the eyes/ears for clients in their quest to find answers to their business questions through an optimum research approach and helping them understand and take action basis your findings in the Nepa deliveries.

- Experience with large data sets and comfortable with learning new tech tools easily.
- Good knowledge in Excel and design sense in PPT.
