Your role as our Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will join a growing team of dedicated people, who achieve great things every day. You will be the key point of contact for your clients. Your main responsibilities are to drive client development, new sales and up-selling, build strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of work. You will be working with a variety of projects: brand and market analyses; consumer and shopper studies; innovation, product and service development projects to customer experience understanding.

Your profile as our Account Manager

You have significant experience in professional client relationship management (5+ years), with a background in consumer insight firm or media agency. Alternatively, you may have worked with consumer insights in the Retail or FMCG sector. You have a persuasive approach to projects and a proven track record of strategy planning. Your effective client management capabilities and excellent communication skills are a winning combination. To succeed as an Account Manager at Nepa, we believe you have a structured, responsible and hands-on approach in your in daily work. Furthermore, you have an energetic, driven, solution-oriented personality and an analytical mind.

• You master the MS office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• You are fluent in English and Finnish
