Your role as our Manager - Client Servicing

As a Manager with Nepa India’s Client Service and Sales team you will be working with our client partnerships as well as supervising internal project management. You will be responsible for handling client accounts and guiding the project team (analysts/operations executives) through the entire project life cycle. In this role, you will interact with our existing client partners from media and digital industries, support your manager with identifying new business development opportunities, be an active part of sales pitches and take ownership over research deliverables. You will be working closely together with our business leads and project management team answering clients’ business questions at the highest standards as well as contributing to the development of Nepa’s products and solutions.

A regular day for you would involve you being on top of things for the ongoing projects for accounts that you are responsible for, including all client interactions. You will collaborate with a team of analysts to ensure that projects are executed as per plan by helping/guiding them. Your day will be divided into client service, BD and project management. Client servicing includes handling day-to-day queries, helping clients find answers to their business questions through optimum research approach and presenting insights.

Your profile as our Manager - Client Servicing

We are looking for an individual who is structured, self-motivated and most importantly flexible – someone who’s willing to learn about different industries. You need to have an experience of at least 3-4 years of client servicing and handling strategic research studies.

A few more things

- You have experience with large data sets and are comfortable learning new tech tools

- You have good knowledge in Excel and PPT

- You have good communication skills (verbal/written)

- Experience within E-Commerce, Telecom, FMCG, Beverages research is a plus

- You are able to provide creative solutions and a flexible attitude

- You have love for numbers, data and statistics
