Your role as our Executive - Operations

As an Executive - Operations at Nepa, you will be responsible for programming online surveys with appropriate market research tools along with managing projects which also includes developing customized solutions using different web technologies.

Your profile as our Executive - Operations

We are looking for a team player who is creative, a self-starter, and must have the ability to work independently. You should have excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.

Your day to day responsibilities would include -

- Programming of surveys using online market research tools (ConfirmIT).

- Designing optimal survey layouts and developing customized solutions using web technologies (HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).

- Online data collection, quota management, and assisting for data processing/data checking.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, sampling, and other research analysts.

- Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.

- Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.

- Participate and actively contribute in review meetings.

- Open to learn other market research software’s such as SPSS, Advance Excel, etc.

A few more things

- You have a graduate degree, engineering, or relevant field.

- You have 1 to 2 years of scripting experience using applications/tools like ConfirmIT, Sawtooth, Decipher.

- Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience of HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.

- Fair understanding of responsive design, web standards.

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
