Your role as our Junior Analyst

At Nepa your role as a Junior Analyst will be supporting our Analysts and Account Managers in various client research projects. The tasks in this position consist primarily of analysis, data processing and quality control. In this role you will be able to support Nepa’s growth through accurate and timely execution and delivery of tasks related to our customer projects.

The workload will vary depending on the number of ongoing projects. In general, we will be able to offer 5-20 hours of work per week, but this amount can increase during busy times. Therefore, the part-time position would be suitable for someone who is still studying in university or university of applied sciences.

Your profile as our Junior Analyst

We are looking for an individual who is:

- Structured, detail oriented, proactive, service-minded and most of all a humble team player

- Strong with numbers

- Proficient in using Excel and/or SPSS; knowledge of R or other statistical tools is a plus

- Genuinely interested in market research, branding, and consumer insights

- Fluent in Finnish and English
