Your role as our Survey Programmer

As a Survey Programmer at Nepa, you will be responsible for programming online surveys with appropriate market research tools along with managing the entire project which also includes developing customized solutions using different web technologies.

Your profile as our Survey Programmer

We are looking for a team player who is creative, a self-starter, and must have the ability to work independently. You should have excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.

Role:

- Programming of surveys using online market research tools (ConfirmIT).

- Designing optimal survey layouts and developing customized solutions using web technologies (HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).

- Online data collection, quota management, and assisting for data processing/data checking.

- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to agree on deliverables and timelines.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, sampling, and other research analysts.

- Support your reporting manager with key insights while identifying the scope for innovation and improvements.

A few more things

- You have a graduate degree, engineering, or relevant field.

- You have 3 to 5 years of scripting experience using applications/tools like ConfirmIT, Sawtooth, Decipher.

- Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience of HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.

- Fair understanding of responsive design, web standards.

- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.

- Willing to learn and work with new software and tools.

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
